Dr Ricardo Twumasi

Dr Ricardo Twumasi is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London. His published research relates to workplace discrimination, equality, behaviour change and health promotion. Ricardo recently published work on Conflict and collaboration in oil and gas, the main aim of which was to consider the human and organisational elements in adopting new technologies and processes and identify a best course of action to start to shift mindsets and action towards a circular economy. Ricardo is also a Principal investigator for several research projects related to organisational behaviour change, resilience in healthcare workers and discrimination in the recruitment process.
