Rebecca Dawson
Rebecca holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and Well-being. During their postgraduate studies, they worked as a research assistant on a project investigating behaviour change techniques, specifically goal setting, to increase physical activity among individuals with pre-diabetes. In October 2024, they joined Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) as a research assistant on a project led by Professor Sukhwinder Shergill, which examines the dynamic relationship between circadian biomarkers, sleep, cognition, and mental health. Alongside this role, they are undertaking a PhD focused on exploring the impact of circadian misalignment on emotion and cognition.
