Dr Teresa D'Oliveira
Teresa C. D’Oliveira is an Organisational Psychologist and programme leader for the MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology where she currently runs the modules Mental Health in the Workplace and Strategic Interventions for Psychological Well-being in Organisations. Teresa completed her First-class degree (BSc + MSc) degree in Applied Psychology and MSc in Organisational Behaviour at the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada in Lisbon, a PhD in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University in the UK and postdoctoral studies at the University of Barcelona in Spain. Teresa’s research interests focus on the interface between work and working conditions and the improvement of individual well-being, health and performance. Recent activities have considered the biopsychological mechanisms underlying organisational behaviour and the role of organisations in improving and promoting physical and mental health and well-being.
